Care home residents make bird feeders

Residents at Sherwood House have enjoyed making bird feeders for their beautiful garden.

The bird feeders were hung on trees all around the garden so that residents can watch their feathered friends from the warmth of the home.

One resident commented: “They were really fun to make and its a good idea to feed the birds as the weather is getting cooler.”

Activity Co-ordinator, Lisa, said: “It was a lovely craft to do together and now we can enjoy watching the birds feeding in the garden."
